  • 600g skinless boneless chicken cutlet
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8ml sliced ​​ginger
  • 2 sliced ​​green onions
  • 15ml light tamari sauce
  • 2ml spicy red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup short grain brown rice

Preparation :

Cut the cutlet into cubes and put in a bowl, adding finely chopped garlic and ginger. Then slice the white parts of the onion and add them to the bowl with the chicken. We will need half of the green part of the onion for the filling. Add chicken tamari and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Peel the outer skin of the broccoli branches and cut the “head” into small bunches.

Brown the brown rice in unsalted water for 35 minutes. Then put the chicken and sauce mixture in the steamer on the rice and cover. Steam the rice for another 7 minutes.
