180 g of almonds
100 g raisins
100 g dgttes
3 tablespoons of raw cacao

Mix the almonds in the blender. Add the dates and the grapes, then mix again. Finally, add raw cocoa and syrup. Arrange this preparation at the bottom of a removable cake pan.
Layer # 2 – banana-chocolate cream
180 g of almond puree
100 g cashew nuts (previously dipped in water)
Raw cacao (according to your tastes)
Crush the bananas with a fork, add the almond puree and the cocoa. Mix. Blend this preparation in the blender for 60 seconds. Slowly add the cashews. Pour half of the cream homogeneous in the mold, above the base.
Layer 3 – bananas
Cut bananas into slices and arrange them in the mold, above the first two layers.
Layer # 4 – Cream of Layer # 2 + Almonds + Chocolate Chips
Roughly crush some almonds. Add the almonds and some organic chocolate chips to the banana-chocolate cream of layer 2. Pour the mixture over the banana layer.
Layer 5 – icing
6 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons agave syrup
Mix all ingredients. Spread the frosting on top of the cake. Cool in the fridge at least 3 hours before unmolding.
Vegan and vintage birthday cake recipe with lemon and lavender
This is another vegan and vintage birthday cake recipe that promises to amaze you with its light texture and irresistible scents. The cake is done in two stages. The first is to prepare the crust and the second is the filling.
Ingredients for the crust:
½ cup of almond powder
½ cup of coconut (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a paste. Spread at the bottom of a tart pan with removable bottom.
Ingredients for the filling:
2 cups cashews, soaked for 12 hours
¾ cup of melted coconut oil
½ cup of lemon juice
½ cup of maple syrup
The zest of 3 lemons
1 tablespoon dried lavender
Put all the ingredients except lavender and zest in a blender and mix until you get a smooth paste. Add zests and lavender. Mix slightly. Pour over the crust and freeze for 2 hours.
Cake with speculoos and banana
For the base:
130 g of gluten-free speculoos
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
The base must be prepared the next day, at least six hours before eating the cake. Mix the speculoos, the coconut oil and the oil in a blender. Spread the dough in round cookie cutters on a baking sheet. Leave in the freezer.
For the cream:
1 jar of soy yogurt
110 g cashew nuts (soaked for 12 hours)
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 cc of liquid vanilla
½ cc of guar gum
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Pour the drained cashews and banana into a blender. Add soy yogurt, agave syrup, coconut oil, liquid vanilla and guar gum. Mix well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Divide the cream over the speculoos and place in the freezer. Unmold gently on the serving plates and sprinkle with cocoa.
